I always find it a challenge making a menu for the week and then cooking every night. I feel like I'm always making the same things. But we had a cooking class over at a friend's house from church and she introduced me to my new best friend:
This little magazine comes out every month and has a lot of great recipes in. I'm totally using it for Thanksgiving, which will be at my house this year. I'm SO stoked to cook up a great Thanksgiving meal. I love baking the most. This time of the year is the best!
